Your tasks and responsibilities
The Senior Brand Manager, Shopper Excellence will drive the national consumer promotion and shopper marketing strategy and oversee implementation for assigned brands. The Senior Brand Manager, Shopper Excellence will also establish deep expertise in key customer knowledge that enables development of key priorities, superior plans, and in market execution.
The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Brand Manager, Shopper Excellence, are to:
Create best in class strategies and plans to maximize shopper conversion and retail support;
Partner with sales strategy & customer marketing managers to ensure strategic coordination;
Manage agency partners in development of national consumer promotions, shopper concepts and creative strategy;
Develops relationships with retailer s marketing team and Leading Pharmaceutical Company category management team to keep a pulse on shopper and retailer marketing trends; shares learnings with broader organization regularly;
Coach and develop direct reports; support Director in prioritizing requests.
Strategy & Brand Planning:
Leads development of clear Consumer Promotion & Shopper vision, strategy and tactical plan for each brand consistent with overall business objectives and strategies. This includes both on/off-line activation;
Gains alignment on vision, strategy and tactical plan and associated budgets with Brand Managers & Customer Marketing Managers;
Innovation & Analysis:
Conducts post program analysis, lessons learned and shares with key stakeholders;
Establishes best practices based on analysis and industry standards and trends;
Support innovation and new thinking through research and new vendor partnerships that deliver alternative and effective solutions to driving conversion.

BA/BS plus 10 years relevant experience in CPG/healthcare environment or equivalent combination education and experience;
